You will work closely with Business Analysts, developers, and technical leadership to make requirements and user stories clear, testable, and fully traceable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Five years of software quality assurance experience, including manual and automated testing.
• Experience with requirements-based testing and traceability to test coverage.
• Experience developing test strategies, plans, and test cases for new features and regression.
• Proficiency with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG.
• Experience building automated UI tests for functional and regression testing.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery practices.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong collaboration across BA, engineering, and leadership functions.
• Active Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop feature-level test strategies and test plans.
• Design and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Validate functionality in end-to-end workflows and integrations.
• Maintain automated front-end test suites for regression testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects; verify fixes.
• Support sprint execution and release readiness.
