Job summary

findev is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join the QA team on the POMS Ticketing project. You will work with a fast-evolving backend system, designing automated checks and diagnostics in Java, and expanding UI test coverage.

The role emphasizes test engineering discipline, data flows, and growth in automation, system-level testing, and architecture understanding. Remote-friendly with a hybrid option and relocation support for Poland.

Qualifications

• Experience in backend test automation with Java (5+ years).
• Hands-on UI test automation experience.
• SQL knowledge for data validation and test setup.
• Ability to read and analyze logs for debugging.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and testing processes.
• Fluent English is a must.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated tests in Java.
• Design new test cases from requirements (functional and non-functional).
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across systems.
• Investigate discrepancies found during regression testing.
• Support and maintain testing environments.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and analysts.
