Job summary

HubSpire Corp. is seeking a passionate QA Automation Engineer with an AI-first mindset to join our delivery teams in New York.

You will design and implement scalable web and mobile automation frameworks, mentor teammates, and help elevate quality across our digital products. You will build end-to-end automation using Playwright and Appium, integrate tests into CI/CD, and explore AI-powered tools to speed up development, debugging, and maintenance while collaborating with Product, Engineering,

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of QA experience with a strong focus on automation.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress and Appium.
• Experience with API testing, Git, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.).
• Experience using AI-powered development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web and mobile applications.
• Experience in architecting test automation frameworks from the ground up or leading significant framework migrations.
• Build end-to-end automation using Playwright and Appium.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate test development, debugging, and maintenance.
• Develop automated UI, API, and regression test suites and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Identify automation opportunities, improve test reliability, and reduce maintenance effort.
• Mentor team members and promote automation best practices across the organization.
• Drive quality culture by conducting code reviews, establishing automation standards, and providing technical leadership/mentorship to junior QA team members.
