Job summary

ORNL Federal Credit Union is seeking an IT Quality Assurance Analyst to validate the quality and reliability of enhancements, integrations, RPA workflows, and other application changes. You will liaise with developers, BAs, and business units for system testing, UAT, and beta testing to ensure work stays within scope and meets requirements.

The role requires 3+ years in QA, experience with test plans/cases/scripts, and knowledge of SDLC/Agile.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in software quality assurance or related role.
• Experience creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web apps, integrations, or automation.
• Familiarity with SDLC and testing methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall) and collaboration with developers, BAs, and stakeholders.
• Exposure to testing APIs or data flows and RPA/low-code automations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements and specifications to define test strategies and plans.
• Design, maintain, and execute test cases, scripts, and data for system, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Perform manual and automated testing, identify defects, and verify resolutions.
• Collaborate with developers and BAs to ensure scope, acceptance criteria, and objectives are met.
• Coordinate UAT and beta testing with business units and support end users during testing.
