Job summary

Kaizen Technologies is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst/Tester, Jr for a hybrid role in Nashville, TN. The position supports testing of modernization programs, leading the UAT phase, and applying both manual and automation testing within an Agile/Scrum environment.

The ideal candidate will work with Jira, Zephyr for Jira, Postman, Selenium, Tosca, and SQL Server, while creating automation scripts for various portals and applications, including ServiceNow. Local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in manual and automation testing within an Agile/Scrum project.
• Experience leading UAT test phase and supporting modernization projects.

Responsibilities

• Support testing of modernization efforts and lead the UAT test phase.
• Create and execute automation test scripts to increase coverage.
• Utilize Jira, Zephyr for Jira, Postman, Selenium and Tosca for test execution.
• Collaborate with business users and various teams to create and run manual tests.
