Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in information science, computer science, Information Systems, or related field OR equivalent relevant experience preferred.
• 0-3 years relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with API and front-end quality assurance testing preferred.
• Experience with automated testing practices preferred.
• Basic scripting or programming knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or Bash) for QA automation preferred.
• Experience in software or web app QA testing preferred.
• Familiarity with multiple browsers (Edge, Firefox, Chrome) including current and prior versions.
• Experience with project tracking software and agile environments desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA efforts for multiple application releases, monitoring testing activities and key deliverables.
• Establish and refine processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Maintain test cases and strategies (cross-browser testing, various user scenarios, API integration testing).
• Support test automation efforts to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Collaborate with developers and management to align test requirements with product changes and resolve defects promptly.
• Develop a testing feedback loop with the development team.
