Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–4 years QA experience.
• Hands-on test planning, execution and documentation including plans and scripts.
• Experience with defect tracking tools, reporting and quality metrics.
• Strong written and verbal collaboration with vendors, clients and teams.
• Proficient with Excel/Word and SQL queries in SQL Server.
• Basic web tech knowledge (HTML/JS/CSS) and API testing tools (Postman/SoapUI).

Responsibilities

• Interface with IT, QA, PM, BAs, Operations, vendors and clients to identify testing needs.
• Develop, execute test plans and run automation test scripts for projects.
• Create, maintain and execute test cases and scripts in coordination with QA team.
• Coordinate testing with UAT, defect tracking and metrics reporting.
• Follow QA methodologies and procedures and adapt to changing priorities.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
