Job summary

SECU is seeking a QA Analyst II to support testing and quality control across multiple applications and platforms. You will analyze requirements, build test cases, and execute functional, system, integration, and UI testing to ensure high-quality software for members and employees.

You will collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and System Administrators, mentor new hires, and drive testing efforts during enterprise projects while maintaining proficiency in testing

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a relevant field (Business/CS/Engineering/IS).
• CCUE Certification.
• 2–5 years of software testing or QA experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirement documentation/user stories for validity and reduce gaps.
• Create and maintain library of test cases.
• Execute testing levels: Functional, System, Integrated, Regression, UI, Usability, Accessibility, Compatibility, and Exploratory.
• Develop test plan and strategy for assigned efforts.
• Detect, report, and track defects; communicate findings to teams.
• Lead planning and status meetings as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout SDLC.
