Job summary

The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst is a seasoned tester responsible for ensuring the quality of our web-based judicial case management system. You will design test cases, execute cycles, and report defects to strengthen our testing processes.

Automation experience, especially Selenium WebDriver with C#, is a strong plus; you will contribute to and expand an existing regression suite, driving comprehensive test coverage and efficient defect resolution.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in functional testing and 3 years in automated testing requirement.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience accepted.
• Experience translating complex business rules into test scenarios and maintaining regression suites.

Position Description

The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst is a seasoned functional tester responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of our web-based judicial case management system. In this role, your primary focus will be deep functional analysis: reviewing business requirements, designing comprehensive test cases, executing detailed test cycles, and providing clear, actionable defect reporting. While this position is rooted in functional expertise, experience with automation, particularly Selenium WebDriver, is a strong plus. You will have the opportunity to contribute to and expand an existing automation regression suite using C#, helping accelerate regression testing and enhance overall test coverage. This role is ideal for a senior professional who thrives on understanding complex workflows, driving quality through meticulous functional testing, and leveraging automation skills to strengthen our long-term testing strategy.

Skills Required

• Advanced Functional Testing, Black Box Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, ADA Testing (WCAG), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• UI Testing and Automated Testing strategies.
• Web Service testing (SOAP/REST/JSON).

• Create comprehensive test plans and articulate successful measures for evaluating software.
• AI-Driven Testing: Leverage AI utilities, including GitHub Copilot, Modern Requirements, and Copilot for DevOps, to accelerate the development of test scenarios, test case documentation, and automated script execution.
• Test Design: Translate complex business and functional requirements into highly structured, reusable test cases in Azure DevOps, maintaining a rigorous regression suite.
• Automation Engineering: Utilize Selenium WebDriver to create, execute, and maintain smoke and regression tests.
• Defect & Data Tracking: Articulate defects with concise, technical steps enabling development teams to rapidly reproduce a condition.
• Automated Test Report Analysis: Interpret daily automated test reports to isolate application defects versus script maintenance issues.
• Collaboration: Partner with developers, fellow testers, and business stakeholders to ensure complete test coverage (positive/negative, cross-browser, integration) and meet strict sprint deadlines.

Experience Required

Education Required

Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. OR Experience: Five (5) years of combined experience in both software functional analysis/testing and test automation engineering
