Job summary

Talentify in Denver, CO seeks a Quality Assurance Analyst to establish QA standards for the Division of Information Technology Services and ensure quality testing of in-house and COTS products. You will help apply end-to-end testing practices and may create automated testing structures.

You will collaborate with ITS project teams to develop test cases, execute tests, analyze defects, and support release decisions while sharing knowledge across the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three years of QA/automated testing experience, or three years as Business Analyst or Software Engineer in the Colorado Judicial Department.
• Experience developing quality assurance standards and end-to-end testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to quality assurance measures and testing standards across development lifecycles.
• Create test plans translating requirements into test cases and execute them.
• Perform testing of in-house and COTS products and assist in installations.
• Identify defects, report issues, and support release decisions.
• Develop testing strategies and mentor colleagues on QA processes.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure QA standards and unit testing quality.
