Job summary

SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking a mid-level QA Analyst to develop and enforce QA standards across custom apps and COTS products. The role involves end-to-end testing, creating test cases, and supporting releases with Tier III issues.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software stability, reliability, and business alignment, with flexibility for onsite or hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of software quality assurance, manual or automated testing.
• Experience translating requirements into test plans and test cases.
• Experience testing both in-house and COTS software.
• Defect reporting, tracking life cycles, and troubleshooting.
• Local candidate available to work onsite or hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into comprehensive test plans, cases, and scenarios.
• Execute functional, system, integration, regression, and load testing.
• Identify automation candidates and automate UI/integration tests.
• Analyze defects and provide reports and metrics for release readiness.
• Collaborate with engineers to enforce QA standards and provide Tier III support.
