Job summary

Cyber Data Operations is seeking a QA Analyst to join their team in Charlotte, NC on a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite). You will develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for CyberDW and Cyber Data Dashboards, and perform manual and automated testing across functional, regression, integration, and UAT.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in software testing or QA, strong SQL data-analysis skills (joins and CTEs), and hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in software testing or QA or business systems analysis.
• Experience with test management tools such as JIRA; Confluence is a plus.
• Strong SDLC/Agile/Scrum knowledge; detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving.
• Proficient in SQL queries (joins/CTEs) and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and documentation for testing deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for CyberDW and Cyber Data Dashboards.
• Perform manual and automated testing across functional, regression, integration, and UAT.
• Identify, report, and track defects; collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
• Maintain traceability of requirements and QA documentation.
• Participate in agile scrum calls and contribute to QA process improvements.
