Job summary

TPC is seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst for its Commercials division. You will test digital applications, translate requirements into test scenarios, and work with Product, Engineering, and business users to ensure high-quality software.

Ideal candidates have hands-on QA/testing experience for web-based apps, strong problem-solving skills, and comfort with a hybrid schedule (2 days on-site in Los Angeles) and occasional collaboration in El Segundo.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer support, client success, or technical support in SaaS/tech
• Ability to troubleshoot software issues independently under time pressure
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain tech to non-technical users
• Experience managing multiple priorities and SLA compliance
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Account Management
• Hybrid work with 2 days on-site at Los Angeles office and occasional El Segundo collaboration

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on functional testing of web-based applications across features and bug fixes
• Review requirements and user stories to understand expected functionality and business rules
• Translate requirements into test scenarios, cases, and acceptance criteria
• Create and maintain test data for diverse scenarios
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing
• Identify, reproduce, document, and track defects through resolution
• Collaborate with Engineering to validate fixes and perform regression
• Support UAT and communicate testing progress to stakeholders
