MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join a collaborative technology team supporting business-critical software initiatives. You will own testing activities across the software development lifecycle, from requirements review to release readiness, in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on test planning, data-testing with SQL/XML, and applying Generative AI tools to improve coverage and productivity.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of software quality assurance experience, or insurance QA in P&C.
• Hands-on experience developing/executing test plans, cases, scenarios, and scripts.
• Experience using OpenText Quality Center/ALM for requirements, tests, defects, and lifecycle management.
• Strong data-testing skills; ability to write SQL queries and work with XML or structured data formats.
• Practical experience using Generative AI tools to support testing activities (design, data, docs, scenarios).
• Ability to critically review and validate AI-generated testing artifacts for completeness and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Own structured testing activities from requirements review through release readiness.
• Partner with developers, BAs, PMs, UAT leads, and cross-functional teams.
• Identify ways to incorporate AI-assisted testing into processes to improve coverage and efficiency.
• Maintain clear quality reporting; monitor defects, risks, and release readiness.
• Prepare artifacts and data for UAT and transfer testing knowledge to business users.
