EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Python Software Engineering Manager to lead a small senior team building an AI-powered financial assistant platform. You will collaborate with technical stakeholders to ship chat, reporting, and bespoke interfaces into investment workflows.

You will design systems, drive architecture decisions, and ensure production-grade quality with strong autonomy. The role focuses on high-quality software, AI tooling, and secure, scalable delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on software development experience
• Proficiency in Python and React (TypeScript) or similar languages
• Experience with FastAPI, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform
• Strong autonomy to own tasks from design to delivery
• Experience with AI-assisted programming and evaluation methods
• Knowledge of AI security, data privacy, and production controls

We are looking for a Python Software Engineering Manager to build an AI-powered financial assistant platform.
