You will design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications that power AI-driven initiatives and collaborate with engineers to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of software development, strong Python expertise, and hands-on experience with AI platforms and AWS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Strong Python production-grade experience.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms to design and deliver intelligent solutions.
• Practical experience with AWS for deploying and managing cloud-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code or similar AI-powered tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications that support AI-driven initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Integrate AI capabilities into new and existing systems to enhance product functionality.
• Develop and optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and bring relevant innovations into projects.
• Take part in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
