Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline is required.
Minimum 2 years of software development experience.
Strong Python for production-grade applications and experience with AI platforms.
Experience deploying cloud-based apps on AWS and English communication skills (B2+).

Responsibilities

Architect, build, and maintain Python-based applications powering AI initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Embed AI capabilities into new and existing systems.
Write clean, scalable, maintainable code; focus on performance.
Lead architectural discussions and drive technical direction.
Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and share expertise.
Debug and resolve issues in development and production environments.
Improve engineering processes, tools, and standards.
Stay updated with AI tech and apply relevant innovations.
Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
