Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. seeks an AI Solutions Engineer to accelerate developer adoption of SAP's Golden Path Agentic AI framework within CPIT. You will lead bootcamps, deliver hands-on, code-first learning, and create demos and labs to enable engineers effectively.

The role requires strong Python backend skills, LangGraph/MLflow experience, and the ability to design workflows and production-ready AI solutions. Travel for onsite sessions is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of LangGraph and MLflow experience.
• Proficiency in Python backend development.
• Experience with Databricks, CI/CD, MCP, and A2A.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cline, and GitHub Copilot.
• Strong technical storytelling and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate technical bootcamps and hands-on enablement sessions.
• Deliver code-first learning experiences rather than slide-based training.
• Build demos, labs, and reusable enablement assets.
• Design workflows, automations, and solution bundles that accelerate adoption.
• Bridge the gap between building AI agents and shipping to production.
• Travel to deliver sessions onsite as needed.
