Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Python backend developer in New Jersey to contribute to end-to-end project delivery. You will document requirements, guide design discussions, and implement features while ensuring system stability in a collaborative, cross-functional team.

You will participate in coding, reviews, and production issue resolution, while also creating training materials and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent is required.
• Relocation and/or travel to work/project location may be required.
• Candidates authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship are welcome; Infosys cannot sponsor.
• Experience in Python server-side backend development is essential.

Responsibilities

• Document business requirements and support elicitation.
• Facilitate design discussions and document design decisions.
• Code, review, and integrate new features while maintaining stability.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies and coordinate bug fixes to uphold quality.
