Job summary

Infosys Limited in New Jersey seeks a Technology Consultant 2 to advance requirements elicitation, design discussions, coding, testing, and production support within a data-forward engineering framework.

You will document requirements, participate in code reviews, implement tests, develop training materials, and help resolve production issues while upholding high software quality and reliability in a collaborative, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; three years of progressive experience may substitute for education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Responsibilities

• Document assigned parts of business requirements in line with guidance.
• Facilitate software design discussions and document design decisions for the team.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features while maintaining stability.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks for smooth transitions to new software.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive strategies to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base.
