Job summary

Kidango is seeking a Coach (Pyramid Model) to provide specialized coaching, training, and technical assistance to teachers and staff. You will support fidelity to the Pyramid Model, enhance classroom practices, and build staff capacity for social-emotional development and self-regulation.

The role includes facilitating professional development, delivering family workshops, and collaborating with leadership to sustain a program-wide implementation plan across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (early childhood education, psychology, social work).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience with young children in early childhood settings.
• Prior coaching or mentoring experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of child development, SEL, and evidence-based behavior support.
• Data analysis skills to inform coaching decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching to teachers using Practice-Based Coaching (PBC) strategies.
• Support classroom teams in implementing Pyramid Model practices.
• Model effective instructional and SEL strategies with actionable feedback.
