Mainline Scientific, LLC in Malvern, PA is seeking an Application Scientist to lead the development and optimization of PWR- and SPR-based applications for life science instruments.

The role involves designing experiments, validating methods, and producing protocols and technical documentation while collaborating with R&D, software, engineering, manufacturing, and sales/marketing to translate customer needs into practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in developing PWR or SPR applications.
• Strong background in analytical chemistry or biosensor technologies.
• Experience with life-science instrumentations and data interpretation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for customer and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead development, optimization, and validation of new PWR applications.
• Collaborate with R&D, software, engineering, and manufacturing to support product launches.
• Develop methods and assays for life-science applications including protein interactions.
• Analyze experimental data and assess performance, reproducibility, and data quality.
• Present results to internal teams, distributors, and customers; provide training.
• Support customer proof-of-concept studies and technical demonstrations.
