Job summary

Sungrow North America is hiring a PWA/IRA Contract Compliance Specialist in a hybrid Houston, TX role. The position focuses on Prevailing Wage, Apprenticeship, and project-specific wage compliance, interfacing with Contracts, Legal, and Project Management to ensure accurate determinations before field work begins.

Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, PWA exhibits, and wage data, identifying missing information, and escalating issues as needed. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in prevailing wage compliance and contract paperwork.
• Ability to verify wage determinations, classifications and apprenticeship requirements.
• Strong research and analytical skills with documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Review master agreements, POs, amendments, and exhibits for PWA alignment.
• Identify IRA, Davis-Bacon, and state wage requirements across projects.
• Collect missing information and escalate when records are unclear.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper wage determinations.
• Maintain an audit trail of decisions and changes in project records.
