Sungrow North America is seeking a PWA/IRA Contract Compliance Specialist to ensure adherence to prevailing wage, apprenticeship, and related requirements across projects. The role involves reviewing contracts and wage determinations, coordinating with multiple teams, and documenting compliance decisions.

Responsibilities include gathering project details, identifying missing information, and escalating issues to ensure accurate labor classifications and proper payroll documentation before field

Qualifications

• Experience with prevailing wage compliance and contract compliance.
• Knowledge of labor compliance across renewable energy projects.
• Familiarity with Davis-Bacon Act and related wage determinations.
• Ability to research DOL wage determinations and labor classifications.
• Understanding of certified payroll reporting requirements.

Responsabilités

• Review master agreements, POs, amendments, change orders, and PWA exhibits.
• Identify IRA, Davis-Bacon, state prevailing wage, apprenticeship and certified payroll requirements.
• Compare master agreements with project docs to flag new obligations.
• Gather project location, scope, schedule, contracts, and client/EPC requirements.
• Identify missing or conflicting information before active compliance monitoring begins.
• Coordinate with internal teams to route PWA questions and track resolution.
• Maintain current PWA status and supporting records in designated systems.
• Document open questions, decisions, and changes in project requirements.
