Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in technical, technical sales, or marketing roles related to building products.

• Experience with product strategy and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and rebalance product portfolio to optimize profitability.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to leadership on product lines and projects.
• Collaborate with pricing and sales to set target margins and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate sales support and develop selling tools to meet objectives for product line profitability.
• Develop 3–24 month forecasts and refine 0–3 month sales forecasts to hit goals.
