Job summary

Amrize seeks a PVC Specialist - West to drive product specifications, grow PVC projects, and train consultants/architects across our West region. You will support regional building owners and closely collaborate with local sales reps to uncover opportunities and ensure successful project execution.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in construction/sales with PVC roofing, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and exceptional communication. Travel is involved; a related bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction, manufacturing, or sales with PVC roofing experience.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Direct experience with PVC roofing products.

Responsibilities

• Drive PVC product specifications and project growth by engaging architects and consultants.
• Lead product demonstrations and educational presentations for consultants and architects.
• Optimize project specifications for product selection and compliance.
• Execute strategic growth goals by target customer and market.
• Serve as the primary contact for regional building owners, delivering tailored solutions.
• Partner with local sales reps to identify and develop new opportunities.
• Monitor account health and refine growth strategies with the Regional Manager.
• Facilitate clear communication between customers, sales teams and internal stakeholders.
• Travel with sales reps to analyze market dynamics and provide hands-on support.
• Coordinate with the Technical team to resolve installation challenges.
