Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in technical, technical sales, or marketing for building products.
• Experience with product management tools and market analysis is preferred.
• Strong presentation and analytical skills are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; able to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and interface across all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and rebalance the portfolio to optimize profitability.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to leadership on products and projects.
• Set target margins and price strategy with pricing and sales teams.
• Coordinate SIOP balance with operations and supply chain.
• Develop 3–24 month forecasts and adjust 0–3 month forecasts.
• Develop value propositions and educate teams on options and customer value.
• Update product data sheets, specifications, and marketing literature.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (FM, UL, ASTM).
• Lead commercialization and JM-Gate implementation.
