Job summary

Fiberon is looking for a manufacturing operator in New London, North Carolina. You will maintain proper compound volumes, assist with bulk raw material unloading, and complete necessary documentation.

Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably as a mixing operator in a continuous production environment. Strong mathematical skills and the ability to work 12-hour shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising others.
• 2-5 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Previous mixing operator experience in a continuous production environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining proper compound volumes for production.
• Assisting with unloading and reporting of bulk raw material receipts.
• Completing required process parameter documentation as instructed.
• Maintaining clean work area and other activities as assigned.
