Job summary

NextEra Energy is seeking a PV Solar Field Technician II (Intermediate) at Boynton, OK to support the ROI team in maintaining PV solar systems. You will perform inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

You will collaborate with operations and construction teams on maintenance plans, document inspections and equipment conditions, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related field experience.
• Holding a valid driver's license (non-CDL).

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of PV Solar systems to identify and address maintenance or performance issues.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including cleaning panels and replacing faulty components.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system failures using monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with operations to implement maintenance plans and procedures.
• Coordinate with construction during installation and commissioning of new PV Solar projects.
• Generate reports and maintain records of inspections and equipment conditions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
