Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy seeks a Site Quality Manager for PV and BESS to lead the quality program on utility-scale projects. You will supervise Site Quality Technicians, ensure compliance with specifications, and drive QA/QC from construction through turnover across PV and BESS scopes.

The role requires hands-on construction quality experience on PV/BESS, at least two years BESS work, and the ability to develop project quality plans and ITPs while coordinating with construction, engineering,

Qualifications

Hands-on construction quality experience on utility-scale PV and BESS projects.
At least two years of verifiable BESS experience.
Experience on a utility-scale PV project of 100 MW or greater.
Ability to develop and implement project-specific Quality Plans and ITPs.
Experience managing NCRs through closure and documentation.
Leading QA/QC inspectors and on-site quality personnel.

Responsibilities

Manage site quality analysis across PV and BESS projects, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with on-site teams to streamline workflows and reduce rework.
Oversee quality improvement initiatives to support project delivery.
Apply knowledge of PV and BESS construction when evaluating site requirements.
Review drawings, specs, contracts, and submittals to ensure field activities meet standards.
Lead the development of first-work inspections, hold points, and quality controls.
