Job summary

MAC.BID is hiring a Put Away Associate in Monroeville, PA. This full-time hourly role involves quickly removing scanned products and placing them on shelves according to our system.

The position reports to the Scan Team Lead and requires standing, lifting, and efficient collaboration with the team. Qualified candidates are able to work on-site with 8-hour shifts, tolerate a 30-minute lunch break, and are expected to meet productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications

• On-site availability; shifts may vary Mon–Sat depending on location
• Able to lift 25 lbs alone, 50 lbs with a team
• Must stand and walk for extended periods
• Must be tech-savvy and able to use scanning systems
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Remove scanned products from the scanning area promptly
• Move products to bays and shelve by auction and lot number
• Help the team meet quantity and quality goals
• Sweep and remove trash from empty bays and scan area
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

PUT AWAY ASSOCIATE

JOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time Hourly Non-Exempt

JOB OVERVIEW:

MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products, then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The Put Away position is responsible for quickly removing scanned products and putting them away according to our system. This position reports to the Scan or Big Box Scan Team Lead.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Remove the scanned product from the scanning area quickly
• Move product to the bays, putting them on the shelves according to auction and lot number
• Be responsible for helping the team meet quantity and quality goals
• Sweep and remove trash from empty bays and mobile scan area
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Availability to work on-site. Schedules may vary Monday through Saturday, depending on location, 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break, hours determined by workload and Management
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift
• Must be able to stand and walk for hours at a time
• Must be tech-savvy
• Must be able to follow written directions and company policies
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
