Job summary

MAC.BID is seeking a Put Away Associate for our Monroeville, PA operation. This full-time role supports Scan Line activities by quickly removing scanned items and shelving them according to auction and lot numbers.

You will join a team focused on accuracy and pace to meet daily quantity and quality goals, with on-site shifts that may include Saturday work and a 30-minute lunch break. Lifting capability and basic tech skills are beneficial for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Availability to work on-site with 8-hour shifts and a 30-minute lunch
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone and 50 pounds with a team
• Must be able to stand and walk for hours
• Must be tech-savvy
• Must follow written directions and company policies
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Remove the scanned product from the scanning area quickly
• Move product to bays, shelving according to auction and lot number
• Help the team meet quantity and quality goals
• Sweep and remove trash from empty bays and mobile scan area
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by management

PUT AWAY ASSOCIATE

JOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time Hourly Non-Exempt

JOB OVERVIEW:

MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products, then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The Put Away position is responsible for quickly removing scanned products and putting them away according to our system. This position reports to the Scan or Big Box Scan Team Lead.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Remove the scanned product from the scanning area quickly
• Move product to the bays, putting them on the shelves according to auction and lot number
• Be responsible for helping the team meet quantity and quality goals
• Sweep and remove trash from empty bays and mobile scan area
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Availability to work on-site. Schedules may vary Monday through Saturday, depending on location, 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break, hours determined by workload and Management
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift
