Job Title: Design Build Pursuit Manager (Preconstruction Leader – Heavy Civil)

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina

About:

I have partnered with a leading heavy civil construction company serving the Carolinas and other south-eastern states with unmatched expertise. They are looking to expand their Charlotte office and onboard a Design Build Pursuit Manager who is an experienced Estimator looking to propel their career.

Responsibilities:

1. Guiding the project from RFP through to contract and leading the pursuit of projects valued at $20M - $200M
2. Managing questions and responses processes (RFIs, RFCs, etc)
3. Develop and maintain pursuit budgeting, cost control and tracking
4. Be the point of contact for the owner
5. Lead the estimating team

Requirements:

1. MUST have design build experience in heavy civil.
2. MUST have Estimating experience in heavy civil.
3. DOT experience is preferred (especially Bridges and Highways)
