The VDC Manager position involves developing, implementing, and managing the Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) process for each office. Responsibilities include executing VDC strategies, providing support, training, and leadership to project teams and Employee-Owners, and serving as a liaison between departments. The role ensures the performance and success of VDC techniques and processes.

As part of project delivery, the VDC Manager shapes and manages VDC scopes, contributes to preconstruction and pursuit efforts with visuals, logistics, and supports project teams with 3D coordination, constructability reviews, laser scanning, and drone technology. The role also involves piloting emerging technologies and training staff on VDC tools.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

• 4 to 10 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Deep understanding of construction processes and coordination workflows.
• Proficiency with BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, Procore, and reality capture solutions (Drones, Laser Scanning, 360 Photography).
• Strong communication skills to lead meetings and collaborate across disciplines.
• Strategic thinking with a passion for solving construction challenges using VDC technology.
