Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to create personalized Life Skills experiences for residents living with memory loss. You will develop and implement activities, engage residents in meaningful routines, and organize enrichment clubs to foster purpose and dignity.

Ideal candidates have memory-impaired senior experience, strong communication, and the ability to tailor activities to cognitive abilities while guiding teams and volunteers.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
