Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living seeks a Life Enrichment Manager to create purposeful, resident-centered Life Skills experiences for memory-impaired seniors. You will develop personalized activities, foster meaningful routines, and organize enrichment clubs to support residents’ dignity and connection.

The role emphasizes adapting activities to cognitive ability, coordinating with staff and volunteers, and ensuring participation is documented per standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities.
