Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Des Peres, MO, seeks an Life Enrichment Manager to create purposeful activity programs for residents with memory loss. You will develop Life Skills plans and guide residents through meaningful daily routines, with emphasis on engagement and dignity.

The role requires at least 1 year of memory-impaired senior experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication and organizational skills. This is a full-time position at Sunrise Senior Living Des Peres.

Qualifications

• Experience working with memory-impaired seniors or memory care experience.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities are required.
• Ability to adapt activities to residents’ cognitive levels and preferences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards and maintain Life Skills stations.
