Sunrise Senior Living is hiring a Life Enrichment Manager to design and deliver personalized Life Skills programs for residents, with a focus on memory care. You will lead engaging activities, tailor routines to cognitive abilities, and collaborate with a team to support meaningful moments.

The role emphasizes resident dignity, purpose, and connection through structured, resident-centered programming, with opportunities to contribute to a positive living environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines.
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs.
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities.
• Document participation per quality standards.
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies.
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement.
