Job summary

The Addison of Clermont in Clermont, FL seeks an Executive Director to lead a senior living community. You will own resident experience, team leadership, financial performance, and regulatory compliance, driving occupancy and service excellence in a 59-resident assisted living and memory care setting.

This strategic, hands-on leader will partner with sales and operating teams to deliver results, while fostering a culture of accountability, hospitality, and Empathy.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Executive Director or senior leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• State-required Administrator license/certification (where applicable), or ability to obtain.
• Proven track record of achieving occupancy, financial, and quality outcomes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of community operations, ensuring quality, service, occupancy, and financial goals are met.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high‑performing community leadership team.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance and adherence to company standards across all departments.
• Set the tone for a culture of accountability, hospitality, and excellence.
• Partner with Sales to meet occupancy targets and build a favorable public image.
• Manage income and expenses against annual budget projections and ensure timely invoicing.
