Job summary

The Addison of Alpharetta is a premier retirement community seeking a proactive Sales professional to drive occupancy and revenue. You will lead marketing initiatives, respond to inquiries, and guide prospective residents through the move-in process in a dynamic assisted living setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• High school diploma required; college credits or degree preferred or equivalent state experience.

Responsibilities

• Supports Executive Director to increase occupancy and meet budgeted occupancy/revenue.
• Maintains a waiting list for available apartments.
• Develops and executes marketing plans; refines quarterly for regional review.
• Advises solutions matching prospective residents’ needs and negotiates mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Works with Community Managers to finalize residency contracts and ensure smooth move-in.
• Responds to lead inquiries effectively using up-to-date operational data.
