Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong Excel and computer skills.
• Deep understanding of external market and current trends.
• Experience in General Purchasing.
• Domestic / International travel required.

Responsibilities

• Place orders with vendors according to planned manufacturing schedules.
• Research and evaluate vendors to determine price/quality and availability.
• Ensure materials are purchased at best price by cost analysis.
• Prepare, report, and implement RFQ for general purchasing.
• Develop and manage supplier base for General Purchasing; negotiate spot purchases and long-term agreements.
• Monitor supplier quality and delivery performance.
• Maintain vendor data in ERP system.
