Job summary

The role requires 2–3 years of purchasing experience, proficiency with SAP, WMS, and MRP, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering, accounting, finance, or an equivalent field. You will build supplier relationships within our CDMO framework.

Responsibilities

• Purchase Order Processing (Creation-Submission-Confirmation- On-Time Delivery).
• Verify pricing and pursue cost savings within budget.
• Coordinate with logistics for incoming shipments to ensure on-time receipt.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and inventory control.
• Build strategic partnerships with high-quality vendors.
• Maintain and assess vendor performance in a vendor management system.
• Support new products by collecting specifications and pricing from vendors.
• Collaborate with project managers to launch products on schedule.
