Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous purchasing, procurement, inventory, or related experience.
• Experience working with purchase orders preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
• Acumatica or other ERP experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow established purchasing processes.
• Must meet fingerprinting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create, process, and track purchase orders
• Request quotes and assist with comparing pricing and product options
• Communicate with vendors regarding orders, pricing, availability, and delivery status
• Assist with researching products and purchasing options
• Maintain accurate purchasing records using Excel and Acumatica
• Follow up on order discrepancies and help coordinate resolutions
• Support day-to-day purchasing needs for departments across the organization
