Rosewood Calistoga is seeking an Assistant Director of Engineering to lead the strategic direction and daily operations of the hotel's Engineering division, ensuring asset reliability and guest comfort across luxury environments.

You will drive energy efficiency, regulatory compliance, capital planning, and team development while collaborating with senior leadership to uphold Rosewood's standards of excellence and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience leading engineering at a senior level is preferred.
• Knowledge of hospitality/building regulations in the US and California.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance and operations of the Engineering division to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Lead energy management and sustainability initiatives without compromising guest comfort.
• Direct capital planning, pre-opening activities, and policy development for consistency across Rosewood properties.
• Represent Engineering in leadership meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
