Southland Industries, a leading MEP contractor, seeks a Purchasing Support role in Houston to assist the purchasing team with orders, data entry, and expediting. This position collaborates with suppliers to confirm delivery dates and updates project teams on back orders, aiming to keep material flow on schedule.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and 1+ year experience in purchasing or customer service support, with basic ERP/COINS knowledge and strong attention to detail.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year purchasing or customer service support experience preferred.
• Basic purchasing practices and systems understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Assists Purchasing team with placing orders.
• Partners with suppliers to follow-up on delivery dates and back orders; tracks status and informs teams.
