Weimer Bearing & Transmission seeks a Purchasing Assistant to help keep procurement on track, coordinating with vendors, tracking orders, and ensuring materials arrive when needed. The role suits an organized, detail-oriented individual who communicates clearly and takes initiative.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication; proactive approach.

Responsabilidades

• Place purchase orders with vendors.
• Communicate with vendors to confirm receipt of purchase orders.
• Enter, review, and follow up on purchase order confirmations.
• Track shipments and follow up on outstanding orders to help ensure timely delivery.
• Generate and review purchase order reports through our ERP system.
• Research and resolve pricing and shipping discrepancies; process RMAs.
