Responsibilities

Set up and maintain suppliers within the Pierce database.
Prepare weekly reports for department leads.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather part drawings and information.
Maintain supplier relationships and obtain cross-references of part numbers.
Liaise between GPSC and Engineering to provide updated part drawings to suppliers.
Process internal purchasing requests for non-inventory parts and services.
Assist with tax-exempt certificates as needed.
Support mass price updates in the ERP system.
Gather data to estimate arrival dates and annual usages for sourcing.
