Job summary

Surge Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing / Sales Specialist to support procurement and sales operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role focuses on maintaining strong supplier and customer relationships, competitive pricing, and accurate order processing to drive efficiency across production workflows.

• 2+ years of purchasing, sales, or supply chain experience (manufacturing preferred).

• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
