Job summary

The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs is hiring a Retail Receiving Clerk to support receiving shipments, verify items against documents, and process paperwork for timely vendor payments.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, have basic Microsoft Office skills, and possess a valid driver’s license. The role includes lifting up to 50 pounds and adhering to Broadmoor safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• The employee is occasionally required to lift/pull/push up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Valid Driver’s License required. Any employee driving a Broadmoor vehicle must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Receive all retail shipments.
• Verify retail merchandise against computer generated receiving document, noting any discrepancies in quantity, quality and specifications.
• Communicate any discrepancies to the retail buyers.
• Process all paperwork in a timely manner to insure prompt payment of vendor invoices.
• Process of all receiving documents & ticketing of all merchandise.
• Deliver all ticketed merchandise to the proper retail shops.
• Use the Track IT system to maintain delivery logs and obtain proof of delivery signatures.
• Maintain a list of received items with no PO’s and send to retail buyers regularly.
• Maintain the retail receiving area in a neat, clean, and safe manner including the restrooms.
• Adheres to performance standards.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned

What you will be doing:

• Receiveall retail shipments
