Job summary

Omni Air International LLC is seeking a Manager of Purchasing, Repairs, and AOG to lead procurement, repairs administration, and AOG parts movement. You will maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely, cost-effective purchases for Omni’s fleet.

You will supervise purchasing personnel, develop processes, and coordinate with global operations to support on-time aircraft readiness. Strong aviation purchasing experience is preferred and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, aviation procurement, and supplier negotiation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to train, supervise, and develop purchasing staff.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and AOG operations.

Responsibilities

• Train, oversee, and support all Purchasing personnel
• Participate in hiring, disciplining, reviewing, and termination of Purchasing personnel
• Perform probationary and annual reviews
• Research high usage items for negotiation with vendors
• Uphold contractual agreements in place
• Perform purchasing duties when required
• Oversee AOG Purchaser duties as required
• Work outside normal business hours to support global operations
• Cross train personnel to fill-in for absent positions
• Create PowerPoint presentations for departmental training meetings
